LIGHTNING MVP®
ATP Surface Sampling Device

lightning MPV instrument

Single-shot device:

All reagents within the sampling device

Activation:

One hand, one step activation (patent pending). Depress plunger to activate

Components:

Proprietary buffer reagent liberates ATP from sample. Luciferin-luciferase reagent reacts with ATP to emit light (bioluminescence)

Surface sampling:

Swab 4 x 4" area

Results:

Zones of Cleanliness® or RLUs and pass/warning/fail

Time to results:

10 seconds

Storage:

Room temperature at 2-30ºC (36-86ºF)

Shelf life:

12 months at 2-30ºC (36-86° F) from date of manufacture

Benefits:

Quickly & easily collect and measure ATP from surfaces including drains, walls, equipment, etc.
Simply swab a 4 x 4" area, activate sampling device, and read results in MVP instrument.
Obtain a pass/fail result in less than 10 seconds.

MVP sampling devices feature one step, one hand activation, freeing one hand to perform other operations.

Reagent flows through hollow sampling device shaft to evenly wash ATP off sampling tip into bottom of the collection tube.

The light output of the reagent solution is measured, not the solid device surface, ensuring a high degree of accuracy and repeatability.
